the chocolate tarte's Classic Truffles

Our classic truffles are truly special.   We mix chocolate and cream (nothing else!), hand roll each truffle center, and then dip each one, again by hand, into yet more chocolate and finally coat it in a bitter chocolate powder.

Our classic truffles are excellent treats.   Our favorite packaging is our single truffle box, which we have custom made for us.     We also package them in boxes of two, four, eight, and fifteen. 

We will also package our truffles as wedding favors in the packaging of your choice.
