Linda Hein left the corporate world for something a lot sweeter: pastrymaking.  Her business, the chocolate tarte, caters weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, Valentine's events and birthdays.  She also sweetens any old occasion that may require a box of ethereal truffles made with the finest Belgian chocolate.
