Linda Hein left the corporate world for something a lot sweeter: pastrymaking.  Her business, the chocolate tarte, caters weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, Valentine's events and birthdays.  She also sweetens any old occasion that may require a box of ethereal truffles made with the finest Belgian chocolate.

January 2010 Update

Thanks to the support of the WBUR Radio 90.9 FM, Boston, listening audience, NPR was able to auction off over 100 boxes of our classic chocolate truffles for their Winter Fundraiser in December.  Thanks for supporting NPR and the chocolate tarte, and enjoy our truffles!  We look forward to participating again with all of you in the future. 

**Chocolate truffle season is still here!  Order yours in time for Valentine's Day.**

We eagerly await the opening of the chocolate tarte retail store at 199 Highland Avenue, Somerville.  In the meantime, you can still find your favorite truffles, hand made marshmallows, cakes, cupcakes, and tartes at all of the fine businesses listed on our "locations" page.
